Refunds

Hexys subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on the platform you used to subscribe. Refund requests for subscriptions are handled directly through whichever store processed your payment, because that is who we receive the funds from.

How to request a refund

If you subscribed through the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that purchased the subscription, and submit a refund request. Apple's refund policies and timelines are set by Apple and we have no ability to override them.

If you subscribed through the Play Store, visit support.google.com/googleplay and follow the refund process for in-app purchases. Google's policies apply.

What we can help with

We can help with anything that isn't a billing transaction. If your subscription isn't working correctly, if you are seeing a feature gated incorrectly, if you cancelled and are still being charged, or if anything else feels broken, write to support@hexys.app and we will sort it out the same day in most cases.

If you believe your subscription was charged in error or you have a question about what was charged, please reach out and we will help you understand what happened and what your options are.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime by going to your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your Google Account subscriptions (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals. Existing access continues until the end of your current billing period.
